Software includes both On Premise and cloud hosted (“TCP Services as defined in the Licensing Agreement”) software programs. “ Software” means the certain software program(s) purchased by Client.“ Response Time” means the time period in which the assigned support resource shall provide Client with an initial technical response as a result of an Issue reported by Client.“ On Premise” means an installation of TCP’s software application(s) in Client’s data center, whether at Client’s physical location or in Client’s private hosted cloud.“ Minor Release” means a release of the Software in which the version number to the right of the first decimal point increases (e.g., 7.0 to 7.1).“ Major Release” means a release in which the version number to the left of the first decimal point increases (e.g., 7.0 to 7.1).“ Issue” means a failure of the Software to substantially conform to the functional specifications set forth in TCP published documentation.“ 24/7 Support” means continuous service is provided for twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, and throughout the year.Capitalized terms herein, but not included in this Section 1, shall have the meaning set forth in the Licensing Agreement and/or attached Addendums. Although we have found that a couple levels do not match, they are close enough we will follow Scholastic’s guided reading levels. Guided reading levels (GRL) provided by the Scholastic Book Wizard are said to be equivalent to Fountas and Pinnell levels.
